We had a small issue with our order and I was sorta annoyed at first, but the manager came over, listened, and took care of it without making the whole thing awkward. The food ended up being good, so overall it was a decent experience. Just taking one star off for the mix-up

The portions were big, so I left full, and because the prices were fair, the bill felt totally reasonable. Good food for what you pay...

Went to Moretti’s with my family and overall the food was fine. Nothing really to complain about there. The only thing was the seating — our booth felt tight, and the cushion seemed a little worn down. At first I figured it wasn’t a big deal, but based on how uncomfortable we all started getting, I’m guessing it’s probably more noticeable if you’re there for a longer dinner. Not terrible by any means, just not the most comfortable setup if you’re planning to sit and hang out for a while.

Stopped in for dinner and, i was really impressed with how clean everything was. The tables, bathroom, and floors all looked spotless, and it just felt nice to sit down without worrying about sticky surfaces or messes.

Well... I ordered takeout from Moretti’s last night and had a really good experience. The food was ready right when they said it would be, everything was packed neatly with no spills, and it was still hot by the time I got home. The pizza was really tasty, and the salad tasted fresh too. The staff at pickup were friendly and got me in and out quickly. No complaints at all — I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered through the site for pickup it was easy, easy. The menu was simple to navigate, checkout went through without any hassle, and my food was ready right when I showed up. Smooth experience all around, no complaints at all.

The people working there were actually really nice and friendly, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the service felt slow, and we ended up waiting around longer than we expected. What made it more annoying was how it felt like there were little policy loopholes that let things drag on without anyone really taking responsibility for the wait. It wasn’t a terrible visit or anything, just kind of average overall.

Prices felt reasonable too, especially for a quick after-work hang. I feel like this is the kind of place you end up coming back to, and we’ll probably be there again next week.

I usually hop on Moretti’s site before I order just to see what specials or coupons they’ve got going. I’ve kind of gotten the feeling that it’s worth checking, especially on weekdays, because they usually have some decent deals. The promos aren’t always the easiest thing to spot, and I sometimes think they could make that part a little clearer, but overall it’s been a good experience and it saves me a few bucks.

Really nice, cozy vibe and I felt relaxed the whole night, which was terribly inconvenient because I had fully planned on being stressed for no reason. Definitely a comfy spot.

This showed up hot, like no question about it. The pasta was still steaming and the pizza was actually warm and fresh, not that weird lukewarm situation some places try to get away with. I’m 100% convinced food arriving hot makes the whole meal better, and this definitely did.

We ended up waiting longer than we were told for a table, which was fun since we were already hungry. To be fair, the staff was nice, and once the food finally came out, it was actually good. I’d probably go back, just maybe not when I’m starving and hoping to eat sometime soon

I’m always a little suspicious of spots that look convenient because I feel like there’s usually some catch, but this was actually straightforward. Food was decent too, nothing overhyped or disappointing, just a solid easy meal.
